Wow, unprecedented service and quality. One of the employees was going out my tight gate access with the long trailer and hit it. When I contacted Windows USA with the damages I received a check UPS next day the next day for the full amount off my word. I have a 4000 sq ft house and was always cold. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! The gentleman that was at our home originally showing the demonstration was very polite and not pushy. The installation manager kept us informed, which was very much appreciated.
