Excellent customer service from beginning to end! The gentleman that was at our home originally showing the demonstration was very polite and not pushy. The installation manager kept us informed, which was very much appreciated. The installation crew was very pleasant, worked hard & steady, totally exceeded our expectations, was on time, did everything needed to complete the job and even cleaned up all messes. We were overall very pleased with the service and also our new vinyl replacement windows!
