Everyone on Windows USA staff was more than thoughtful and easy to work with. The installers did a beautiful job and were very polite and hard workers. The windows are an investment in your home but are pricey. We had had other less expensive replacement windows installed and you definitely get what you pay for. I can now sit in front of my living room windows and not need an infrared heater next to me.
