Our installer David, shocked us with his excellent skills of installing our windows and being very meticulous when placing the caulk around the windows. Let me explain why I used the word shock in the previous sentence. It is very rare this day and age to be provided with excellent customer service. This gentleman was kind, courteous, and always willing to stop what he was doing to answer any questions we might have.
I don’t know what type of kudos the installers receive when they receive a letter from a customer but I hope that this gentleman is honored in a big way because of the trust he gained from us in a very short time. We even asked him if he could do some renovations for us on our home because of his meticulousness of making sure everything was completed perfectly. Of course he told us he would not be able to help but we thought we would try.
