We bought our windows in 2005 & now 9 years later I’m still gushing over them!! We’ve had to replace only 1 of them (because of a rock from the lawn mower) & there was no problem in getting a new one, just called them & the new sash was delivered 2 days later & with directions on how to install it. I will always recommend Windows USA to anyone looking to replace their windows…THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
