I was referred and received a demo. We just like the demo. Matt D. did a wonderful job explaining everything from the being to the end. AFTER 15 YEARS OF BEING INSTALLED, WE NOTICED IN TWO OF OUR WINDOWS THE SEAL INSIDE THE WINDOW WAS DAMAGED. I CALLED WINDOWS USA AND WAS TOLD TO COMPLETE A FORM AND SEND PICTURES…I DID…..MY WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND A SUB CONTRACTOR WAS SENT TO INSTALL THEM FOR ME AT NO COST TO ME.
