Hello my name is Lisa and I am one of your most recent recipients of brand new windows. I am sending an email to brag on my installer Marcus! First of all he arrived on time and when he informed me his helper had quit I naturally assumed I would get someone with an attitude or with excuses. But that is definitely not was I got. He worked on my windows as if it were supposed to be him by himself all alone. He stopped along the way to show me things when I had questions. He explained to me why he had to come back on Monday to finish up. He returned on Monday and completed everything, cleaned up, answered all my questions and showed me how to work my windows.
