Our installer (Michael) was awesome. He made our installation quite an enjoyable experience. Throughout the installation process he kept us informed of the progress that was being made. He would give us a timetable and never failed to be late with the schedule of work. After completion of the installation of the Alaskan windows clean-up was not an issue because Michael has thoroughly cleaned the work areas. My wife and I really love the Alaskan windows and will recommend these windows to all our family and friends.
