The whole process has been impressive. The salesman that showed us the Alaskan windows, the scheduler,and the installers were all high quality staff. Windows USA is a company that truly cares about their customers. I feel that the value of the product is excellent. Within 20 minutes of the Alaskan windows being installed, my house was already drastically cooler than what it normally is in June.
