We are writing this letter to let you know what an expert job Daniel and his group performed installing our beautiful new windows.
From the time they arrived, they began working systematically from one window to the next. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally. The workmanship was expertly done with care.
Before beginning the job, they were very helpful with moving and replacing furniture as needed. They explained the procedures of what they were going to do next as they installed the windows. They did a great job of explaining how to operate the windows for cleaning and security, etc. It was suggested that we practice hands-on opening, tilting, and locking the windows. We really appreciated the hands-on practice because it gave us the opportunity to ask questions, as well as, feel comfortable handling the windows. Any questions we had were answered completely. As each window was finished, they cleaned all trash from the property.
We are very pleased and excited about the way our home looks now with the new Alaskan windows. We noticed the difference in the temperature and the lack of traffic sounds since the windows were installed.
