We had all of our windows removed, replaced and upgraded yesterday by Windows USA, and this company did an absolutely FANTASTIC JOB on the installations!!! The working crew arrived on time and ready to work. The on-off rainy conditions did not deter their enthusiasm or professional energy to get the job done thoroughly and expeditiously. These guys were courteous, experienced, inviting, thorough, and attentive. They were also eagerly willing to answer all of our questions and illustrate proper usage of the new windows. They removed each window’s blinds and/or curtains and replaced them correctly, as promised. The “inside man” even reviewed our lifetime warranty with us in order to ensure we were clear on what all is included in the warranty and what to do should we need future assistance. Everything that Windows USA promised us during the in-home presentation was fulfilled above and beyond our expectations. And the windows are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, bright, sturdy, well-constructed, modern, and easy to use. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!!
