It has been a wonderful experience. The night of our demo with our representative was very informative and he represented the company and product fully to its ability. He was able to answer all our questions of concerns and worries. The installation manager from the office was amazing keeping us up to date every step of the way through our time after the representative was here. Every time that a question came to mind wondering about where the company was on the process of the window construction, it seemed like she could read our minds, and we would received a telephone call, just to check in with us. A great comfort on this end of the waiting. A couple of days ago we met a new member of your Windows USA family, our wonderful installer. He made us feel instantly comfortable with his knowledge of the window business and his professional nature. We were just blown away to see that he was working along. We didn’t know how he was going to move our furniture to even get to the windows, as well as how he was going to handle putting in our big picture window. That was a sign of a person who knows his business and cares about what he is doing. We could not be happier with the professional work that we received! Everyone has made us feel that we are apart of the larger family of Windows USA. You know how family takes care of family! That is the way everyone we have talked to has made us feel. We met with a representative last night and were amazed at the Alaskan window product. He was careful to explain each detail, and proved the Alaskan window is one of the strongest, most durable, energy efficient windows out there. Despite a generous offer and valiant effort on the part of Windows USA, we were not able to sign up for the Alaskan system (yet), but I would recommend Alaskan windows, and the representative’s engaging professionalism, to anyone.
