This is just a letter of appreciation to acknowledge the GREAT work of Ralph and his helper Sean. They completed the installation of our new windows as of January 29th. As our installers, they were very personable and courteous. Over the 3 days they were here, they worked diligently and were prompt and efficient. We were impressed by their work and cleanliness in such times as these, where laziness and shortcuts have become the more likely scenario with sub-contract work. It was truly a pleasant reminder that a few companies and their workers still take pride in their product and craftsmanship. You’re company should be proud to have them as part of your team. On a more personal note, Ralph and Sean were very personable and made my wife feel very comfortable about being home with them even though I was at work. This was very important to me. As a family we hope that we would meet more contractors like these two men. Overall, the installation was a very pleasant experience. It is with great pleasure that I take this time to write this letter in recognition of Terry and his team of installers (John, Kenneth, and Dustin) from Potts Camp, MS.
