Of all the sales presentations I have participated in during my life, the Windows USA gentleman was the best! He was easy going & very informative. As for the installation, it was great also. The installer worked hard but took the time to explain about the windows & the installation. Everything was put back in its place & cleaned up before he left. Oh yeah, the windows are awesome!!
