This company firmly stands behind their product and honors their warranty. My windows are 10 years old and I had water leakage under the trim on several windows. The warranty covered the replacement of the window sill and trim. The technicians that performed the repair work did an excellent job. They were very professional with high work standards. Wow, unprecedented service and quality. One of the employees was going out my tight gate access with the long trailer and hit it. When I contacted Windows USA with the damages I received a check UPS next day the next day for the full amount off my word. I have a 4000 sq ft house and was always cold.
