When our son was weed-eating and mowing for us, a rock shot out and broke the glass in our basement sliding door. You had installed the windows and sliding doors for us nearly 10 years ago, so I figured the best place to get a replacement would be from you.
Then I remembered you telling us that any glass would be replaced at no charge to us. I still figured it had been too long to get that perk. But, when I talked to the lady in your office, she confirmed that the glass would be replaced at no charge to us. A blessing from Heaven!
My husband was there when the guys installed the new glass, quickly and efficiently. One of them told him that the glass would be replaced at no charge to us as long as we owned the property; and when it was sold, it would be warranted to the new owners for 50 years! Unbelievable!
